Rent a mountain bike at Tenjin Lodge

  • Kids to adults can rent a mountain bike at Tenjin Lodge

  • The best trail starts on road and winds steeply up above Tanigawadake Ropeway (from where vehicular traffic is restricted) to Ichinokura. From there a dirt road can be followed further while gradually ascending

  • The return journey follows the same course. Its a scenic 3 hour ride but by no means easy on the way up

  • 3 hour bike rental is 2000円 or 3500円 for the full day
